Coping skills are methods used by people to help them deal with stressful situations. In order to manage our symptoms of anger, anxiety, depression and stress, we must utilize coping skills to learn how to calm down and live our lives to the fullest potential. In this educational lecture, attendees will learn skills to help manage their symptoms and live an independent life.
