Event Description

Spoil your backyard birds this holiday season with a fun and easy DIY Birdseed Wreath. Taralynn Reynolds, outreach and education manager for Group of the East End, will show you how to make a festive wreath for your yard or to give as a gift. Supplies are limited to the first 25 patrons registered. Items you will need to complete the project are 1 packet of unflavored gelatin (or agar-agar for a vegetarian substitute), 3 tablespoons of light corn syrup, 3/4 cup flour, non-stick cooking spray and a bundt pan.

Kits will be available for pick up at the library beginning on Tuesday, December 8, and no later than Friday, December 11. A librarian will call each registrant on Monday, December 7, to set up a pickup date and time. The material fee is due upon registration. Cash (exact change) or major credit card accepted.

Please do not cancel your registration as this program is non-refundable. Contact the Adult Reference Desk with any questions at 631-924-6400 ext. 250.

This program will be presented as a Zoom meeting. You can attend this program online or via telephone.
