Learn how data from recent neuroscientific studies show regular meditation improves physical, mental, and emotional health. By focusing attention during meditation, we can gain happiness and harmony. Presented by Manish Saggar PhD, Assistant Professor in Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Stanford University. This virtual workshop will also include a short meditation session.

This program will be presented as a Zoom meeting. The URL for the "meeting" will be emailed to all registrants upon completion of registration and also one day prior to start time.
