Reading Challenges

500 Books Before Junior High

Students in kindergarten through 6th grade are invited to join this reading challenge to read 500 books before junior high. Participants earn rewards and recognition along the way, making the journey as exciting as the destination.

1000 Books Before Kindergarten

This national project was created to encourage parent and child bonding through reading with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. The goal is to read 1,000 books before your child enters kindergarten.
