Bookstormers: Book Club for 7th, 8th & 9th Graders (Teens)

Join the Teen Services Librarians for a monthly book club where we play games, eat snacks, and talk about awesome books! This month, we'll discuss:

The Girl in White by Lindsay Currie

Twelve-year-old Mallory recently moved from Chicago to Eastport, Massachusetts, a small seaside town with a supposedly spooky history. Legend has it that 200 hundred years ago, a woman named Sweet Molly cursed the residents of Eastport after her brother died at sea. Mallory doesn’t believe in the ghost stories the townspeople tell...until she starts having creepy visions and nightmares about a woman in white. Soon, Mallory and her friends suspect the woman in her nightmares is Sweet Molly and she’s returned to enact her revenge on the people of Eastport. Can they stop the woman in white before it’s too late?

Attendees who read the book and participate in the group book review at the program will receive 3 hours of community service.
