Event Description

Stony Brook University Distinguished Service Professor Lester Paldy, who specializes in the fields of national security and intelligence, will discuss CIA covert actions and how presidents can use them to advance U.S. interests, sometimes with unforeseen and often tragic consequences. His memoir, No Cloak, No Dagger: A Professor's Secret Life Inside the CIA will be published early next year.
