Grief is a part of life. Chances are you will experience grief at some point, if you haven’t already, and probably more than once. What is grief?  What are the different types of losses we may experience that can contribute to our grief? What is recovery and what does it look like for me?  From the beginning of time, humans have experienced grief and have overcome it. But it can be hard to see hope when grief is fresh or the loss is especially profound. In this informative workshop Erika Nadeau, certified grief recovery specialist, will discuss grief in all its forms as well as coping strategies to help us get through the most difficult days.
