Join Jim Rose, M. Ed Rutgers University and longtime meditator, to learn simple meditation techniques to help you cope with intense and overwhelming emotions from the grief of losing a loved one to the stresses of life. This virtual workshop will also include a short meditation session.

This program will be presented as a Zoom meeting. The URL for the "meeting" will be emailed to all registrants upon completion of registration and also one hour prior to start time.
