Join Arvind Naik for this deep and engaging meditation workshop. Arvind will talk about the journey of finding lasting peace, happiness, and a greater sense of well-being and how a simple meditation can help. This virtual workshop will also include a short meditation session.

This program will be presented as a Zoom meeting. The URL for the "meeting" will be emailed to all registrants upon completion of registration and also one day prior to start time.
