Many of us worry about the future or dwell upon the past. Our mind is constantly in turmoil. Join long-time meditator Ajili Hodari, Esq as he explores the healing power of meditation and shares techniques on how to unlock the door to a life of improved emotional and physical wellbeing. This virtual workshop will also include a short meditation session.
This program will be presented as a Zoom meeting. The URL for the "meeting" will be emailed to all registrants upon completion of registration and also one day prior to start time.
