Healing Sound Bath (Adult WRC)

Join us for this transformative, deep healing sound bath session with singing crystal bowls, gong, chimes and drums played by Susan Ferro of Glowing Energy! Sound and music have been used since ancient times to bring peace to its listeners, while deeply healing on all levels. A Sound Bath carries us to a state of deep relaxation, shifting our brain into a deeper meditative state, while releasing blockages in our energy system to bring us back to balance and wellness.
