Healthy Nutrition Habits
March is National Nutrition Month and the theme is Fuel for the Future. Katherine Ancona, a registered dietitian with Northwell Health will discuss the importance of fueling our bodies at every age, eating with sustainability in mind and how to continue these healthy nutrition habits throughout the year.
This program will be presented as a Zoom meeting. You can attend this program online or via telephone. The URL and phone number for the "meeting" will be emailed to all registrants upon completion of registration and also one hour prior to start time.
