First Time Homebuyer Orientation

Buying your first home is an exciting milestone but it can also be overwhelming. Join Jonathan Gordon, Housing Program Coordinator at Community Development Long Island, to learn about the full process of purchasing a home. You will also learn about the valuable financial resources that you may qualify for including first-time homebuyer grants and programs available to anyone who hasn't owned a home in the past three years. Also learn about CDLI's rental assistance program to help housing choice voucher participants who qualify with a personal housing coach and financial support.
