Meditation has been known as a healing modality. Join William Smith, retired Army Lt. Colonel and longtime meditator, as he discusses the extraordinary positive effect that meditation can have on your life. He will also show you a simple, yet powerful meditation technique that can enrich your life and help with seasonal stress. This virtual workshop will also include a short meditation session.
This program will be presented as a Zoom meeting. The URL for the "meeting" will be emailed to all registrants upon completion of registration and also one day prior to start time.
