National Meditation Month is a great time to implement a change in your life and acknowledge your body, mind, and soul through the simple yet powerful practice of meditation. Bruce Faithwick will discuss the benefits of meditation and share how to incorporate it into our busy lives. This virtual workshop will also include a short meditation session.
This program will be presented as a Zoom meeting. The URL for the "meeting" will be emailed to all registrants upon completion of registration and also one day prior to start time.
