In the hustle and bustle of modern life, finding a moment of inner peace and mental rest can be challenging. Join Arlene Samsel to learn how the timeless practice of simple yet powerful meditations can be life changing. This virtual workshop will also include a short meditation session.

This program will be presented as a Zoom meeting. The URL for the "meeting" will be emailed to all registrants upon completion of registration and also one day prior to start time.
