Life in today’s world is stressful. People are anxious about their health, finances, relationships, safety, and work. Medical practitioners are promoting the benefits of meditation to relieve stress and anxiety. Join Arlene Samsel to learn how to use meditation to calm your mind and body and connect to a place of peace and to help you cope with the stresses of life. This virtual workshop will also include a short meditation session.

This program will be presented as a Zoom meeting. The URL for the "meeting" will be emailed to all registrants upon completion of registration and also one day prior to start time.
