Join Ajili Hodari Esq to learn how to use meditation to enhance your health, reduce stress, and increase your feeling of wellbeing. This virtual workshop will also include a short meditation session.
This program will be presented as a Zoom meeting. The URL for the "meeting" will be emailed to all registrants upon completion of registration and also one day prior to start time.
