In this busy, fast-paced world, peace seems like an elusive commodity. Join Ajili Hodari, Esq to learn a simple, effective meditation technique that can help you find inner peace and start the New Year on the right track. This virtual workshop will also include a short meditation session.

This program will be presented as a Zoom meeting. The URL for the "meeting" will be emailed to all registrants upon completion of registration and also one day prior to start time.
