Program Description

Event Description

Get up close and personal with some of the fascinating organisms that live in Bellport Bay! Join the Friends of Bellport Bay (FoBB) to learn how to use seine nets to capture marine creatures such as fish, snails, and crabs. After wading into the water to collect specimens, we will use FoBB's identification guides to learn more about the species we find then return them to the bay.
