Program Description

Event Description

A healthy ecosystem depends on pollinators such as butterflies, bees and birds. Join Taralynn from the Group for the East End to learn how to create pollinator friendly gardens with native plants that are not only beautiful but also environmentally resilient and sustaining. Learn what a native plant is, why they are the best option for our local wildlife, and which are deer resistant. We'll also tour our library's native and adaptive plant garden areas.

*Adult SRC: This is a Summer Reading Club eligible program. Attending this program will earn you one raffle ticket for the prize drawings. See an Adult Services staff member for more information.
