Meditation is a simple and effective way to balance your physical, emotional and mental state. Join Bruce Faithwick to learn meditation techniques that can reduce stress and lead to a deeper state of relaxation and peace. This virtual workshop will also include a short meditation session.

This program will be presented as a Zoom meeting. The URL for the "meeting" will be emailed to all registrants upon completion of registration and also one day prior to start time.
