Join Renato Stafford to learn how to preserve your seasonal harvest to last the entire year. Topics will include canning foods, storing root vegetables, fermenting, freezing and dehydrating. Renato will demonstrate how to can tomatoes and make delicious crispy dill pickles. He will also have healthy tasty samples for all participants!
