Join Bruce Faithwick as he discusses the extraordinary effect meditation has in reducing stress-related responses, improving concentration, and enhancing clarity of thought and mental equilibrium. He will also show you a simple, yet powerful meditation technique that can enrich your life personally, professionally, and spiritually. This virtual workshop will also include a short meditation session.

This program will be presented as a Zoom meeting. The URL for the "meeting" will be emailed to all registrants upon completion of registration and also one day prior to start time.
