Learn the history of the uprising that occurred on Easter Monday, April 24, 1916 in Ireland. Through stories and songs, Kevin Westley, guest host on WRHU's (Hofstra University), will talk about Jeremiah O'Donovan Rossa, the reading of the Proclamation (POBLACHT NA h-EIREANN), the aftermath, the children of 1916 and much more in this virtual presentation.

This program will be presented as a Zoom meeting. The URL for the "meeting" will be emailed to all registrants upon completion of registration and also one day prior to start time.
