Begin the Spring by learning a simple meditation technique, taught by long-time meditator William Smith, that may help you tap into the peace within. This virtual workshop will also include a short meditation session.

This program will be presented as a Zoom meeting. The URL for the "meeting" will be emailed to all registrants upon completion of registration and also one day prior to start time.
