Bring joy, peace, positivity, and relaxation into your daily life and begin the New Year with a fresh start. Join longtime meditator William Smith to learn a very simple meditation technique which provides many benefits. This virtual workshop will also include a short meditation session.
This program will be presented as a Zoom meeting. The URL for the "meeting" will be emailed to all registrants upon completion of registration and also one day prior to start time.
