Join us for a relaxing night of yoga and meditation basics! Teen Services Librarians and certified yoga instructors Ms. Broderick and Ms. Neil will introduce beginner yoga poses and breathing exercises to help you de-stress both on and off the yoga mat. Remember to wear clothes that are comfortable to move in. A yoga mat will be provided if you need one.
