Do you need community service? Join the Teen Services Librarians to learn all about the community service opportunities available at the library. Then, we'll work on some simple community service projects.

Weave paper placemats that will be donated to meal services organizations to distribute with their meals!

Everyone who participates will receive a certificate for 1 hour of community service.

Earn community service while demonstrating Fiero Code to kids to help them learn how to code! The first half hour of the program you will familiarize yourself with this self-paced computer coding software.

Earn one hour of community service while bringing joy to others and having fun!  This month we will celebrate The Great Give Back, a community service initiative, by decorating canvas grocery bags which will then be donated to Long Island Car

Exercise your creativity while earning community service credit in this program for Lego enthusiasts! Pair up with a younger buddy to help them with their builds and give them encouragement along the way.

Teens will write meaningful cards as a way to show gratitude to the brave individuals who dedicated their lives to serving others. Cards will be sent to Operation Gratitude to be included in their care packages.

Help us reach our goal of 40 donors! There is a critical shortage of blood in our area and nearly 2,000 donations are needed each day in New York and New Jersey alone.
