Yoga Nidra is a deep relaxation technique. The body is completely relaxed, allowing you to turn your awareness inward by listening to a set of instructions; much like a guided meditation. Regular practitioners report better sleep, reduced negative thinking and feeling more ease and less stress. Arrange a comfortable space to recline with a blanket and head support for this 45 minute activity.
