Zumba Toning classes use toning sticks or weights up to 3 pounds to combine the high energy aerobic flair of regular Zumba class with strength training. All levels welcome. Instead of weights you can also use 2 bottles of water.
Limit 1 registration per adult LPL cardholder. Non-cardholders may register one week prior to the beginning of the program.
This program will be presented as a Zoom meeting.The URL and phone number for the "meeting" will be emailed to all registrants before the program.
