Bob used to be a stray dog, abandoned with his brothers and sisters on the side of a highway, living off of scraps to survive. Now? Bob is living with his owners in a normal house, living a normal, relaxing life. His owner, Julia, is a ten-year-old girl who loves him very much. His best friend? A Silverback Gorilla named Ivan, who lives at the nearby animal sanctuary with his pal Ruby. Bob knows deep down that he has gone soft, that he has turned into a lazy, slacking-off dog. Until one day, where a deadly storm arrives at the animal sanctuary… and he gets sucked into a mini-tornado! He is tasked with tracking down his owners, saving animals at a destroyed animal sanctuary, and maybe even finding lost family…

Reading this book brings you on a wild roller coaster of adventure, from trying to figure out what happened to Julia, to saving puppies from a hungry wolf, The One and Only Bob is an amazing book, just like its predecessor.
