Chairobics, instructed by Debbie Kryzminksi of Fitness Figures, incorporates strength training, balance, aerobics, and flexibility. Most of the exercises can be performed seated in a chair. Wear clothing that you can comfortably move in, have water available, and be ready to have fun.
