Garden Club (completed grades 2-6)

The Children’s Department has a garden bed at the Longwood Victory Garden at Bartlett Pond Park! We will be growing vegetables that we will donate to our local soup kitchen, and we are looking for children with their grown-ups who are interested in gardening to help us plant, weed and harvest all summer long!  Sign up for one or more weeks of fun in the sun! Please dress appropriately for the weather and for working in the garden and bring a water bottle and sunscreen. Grown-ups must remain at Bartlett Pond Park with their child, whether they are helping in the garden with us or playing on the playground with younger siblings.  Certificates for 1 hour of community service are awarded at each session if needed.
