Learn to Be Tobacco Free

Learn about the biological, psychological and behavioral aspects of nicotine dependence with an emphasis on preparing to quit. Nicotine Replacement Therapies are available for a nominal fee. Those who use all forms of tobacco products (including cigarettes, cigars, pipes, e-cigarettes, and chew tobacco) are welcome.
This multi-session program is offered by the Suffolk County Department of Health Services and is based on the CDC’s Clinical Practice Guidelines for treating nicotine dependence.
