What is mindfulness? In this is a very interactive 2-week workshop led by educator Donna Salerno, a licensed and certified school counselor, children will learn about different emotions and how it feels to experience them and what to do to handle anger, sadness, and fear in positive ways. Children will learn deep breathing techniques, simple yoga stretches, and will make a breathing stick they can bring home. Parents are encouraged to attend.
