Event Description

Seniors will learn self-defense techniques and concepts, and how to turn AARP into "Awareness - Attitude - Repetition - Precision" by drills and exercise taught by Kyoshi Gerard Senese. He is an 8th degree Black Belt in the Okinawan Karate art of ‘Shin Shu Ho’ which translates as the “True Hand Method of Life Protection.”
