Program Description

Event Description

Learn and practice various stretches to keep the body limber. Many stretches will be taught and demonstrated.  From them, participants can choose some  to have a personal, daily practice.   No previous experience necessary. Stretches will be adapted to meet different skill/fitness levels. Wear comfortable clothes; bring a mat and a water bottle.
